Cartoon Crossroads Columbus (CXC) COVID Policy

Cartoon Crossroads Columbus (CXC) presents programming at a variety of venues, many of them public buildings and we must adhere to their covid policies linked below.  While we are unable to require facial coverings and proof of vaccination due to the public nature of some of our venues, CXC strongly recommends and encourages those in attendance, exhibiting and volunteering to remain up to date on their COVID-19 vaccinations and wear a mask during the duration of the event for the safety of everyone in attendance.

Please be supportive of those wearing masks inside and outside. Masks should be well fitting and must cover the nose and mouth, fit snugly against the sides of the face, and not have any gaps. If you don’t have an appropriate mask when you arrive, one can be provided for you.

CXC volunteers will be handing out masks and strongly recommending that they be worn at CXC events. Please note that panelists and moderators may remove masks during their featured panels. CXC special guests & exhibitors may also refuse to participate with visitors who are not masked at panels and signings.

Here are the COVID policies of our partner organizations:

Columbus Metropolitan Library

Ohio State University

Wexner Center for the Arts

Columbus College of Art & Design (CCAD)

Columbus Museum of Art

If you’re feeling unwell, please stay home! The majority of programming will be archived and available to stream after the festival.
