Spotlight: Raeghan Buchanan

For many, Raeghan Buchanan (The Secret History of Black Punk) has appeared on the scene out of nowhere, making waves in comics; reframing, the narrative of what the cultural movement of the punk rock subculture is and how it has come to be. The fact is, Raeghan Buchanan has long been a staple of the Columbus Ohio Art Community, shaping the sound of Columbus through her music, the culture of Columbus through her writing, and the face of Columbus through her public art practice. Cartoonist Ben Passmore (Sports is Hell) will be in conversation with Raeghan, giving some insight into the creative mind of burgeoning talent whose voice has touched audiences around the world, while still holding it down at home.
