Chase is the Manager of Physical Archive Operations at NBCUniversal where he works with many of the studio’s film and television assets including the Dreamworks library. He has a passion for what he does – not only preserving moving images and recorded sound but, ensuring they truly live to see presentation to future generations. As an archivist, he bridges generations and technologies. He strives to not only consolidate and safeguard film and sound materials and shepherd them through the digital migration process to make them available to as wide an audience as possible, but to first and foremost value the source elements to ensure they are respected, kept safe and remain viable.
